The Acuter TRAVERSE PRO, with a payload capacity of 5kg, offers double the payload capacity of the acclaimed TRAVERSE Go-To mount, allowing more substantial telescope OTA’s to be used. A sturdy stainless steel tripod with accessory tray and extendable legs is included in the set which provides excellent stability.
With it’s built-in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, it has been designed to be used anywhere, without any reliance on any other Wi-Fi networks, and controlled wirelessly with your Smartphone or Tablet using the free Acuter Sky App for iOS or Android. The Acuter Traverse PRO Mount & Acuter Sky App provide full computerised Go-To control of a telescope OTA up to 5kg, allowing it to be automatically slewed to any one of the 11,000+ available celestial objects in the App’s extensive database. After entering your coordinates into the App and following a simple alignment procedure, you are ready to explore the universe to your heart’s content with your favourite compatible OTA, using the App’s intuitive touchscreen menu.
